Cancellations- For all cancellations I require a minimum of 48 hours notice before the scheduled lesson, if you cancel inside of this period then the lesson fee will still be due. This will have to be paid before any future lessons can be booked . I will always do my best to cater for sickness or things happening last minute, (eg traffic) if I can re-schedule a last minute cancellation within the same week then no fee will be incurred, however please be aware if this is not possible the cancelled lesson will still have to be paid for.

 

Cancellations Are accepted by phone not email, please always make an effort to either call or text. When texting (or whats app) to cancel please be aware that the conformation for the cancellation will only be confirmed once I have responded to the message, please do not assume that as you have messaged the lesson has been cancelled, otherwise the lesson will still have to be paid for.  Please appreciate that this is my living and every lesson that cancels effects my income so please always understand when lesson fees still have to be paid for and always please make your best efforts to attend booked lessons.

Reminders   Some students do not have the same lesson slot every week so please make sure you book your lesson and remember your time. It is the student’s or their parent’s/ guardian’s/carer’s responsibility to arrive on time to the booked lesson. The Dumzone is not responsible for reminding students about their lessons.

Payments should be made either via cash, bank transfer or PayPal please no Cheques.

Please make sure payments are made either before or straight after lessons, I will not accepts“can I pay when I get home”-
